NAF Wings Five New Pilots, Decorates Seven Air Warrant Officers.

The Nigerian Air force has expressed commitment in the training of it’s Personnel as part of efforts to boost their moral against security threats.

Chief Of Air Staff, Air Marshal Oladayo Amoa gave the indication at the ceremony to wing five pilots in Abuja. He said the occasion is part of the force efforts to enhance and sustain critical air power capabilities for the pursuit of National Security.

The Air Chief charged the newly winged pilots and Air Warrant Officers to be abreast with the contemporary security issues.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Chief of Administration, NAF, Air Vice Marshal Nelson Calmday stated that the winging of the pilots and promotion of officers will enhance the capability of the force in various theatres of Operations.

Responding on behalf of the Pilots, Flight Lieutenant JA Akerele while appreciating the Chief of the Air Staff for trainings acquired to pursue professional excellence restated their loyalty and allegiance to ensure the preservation of the Nations territorial integrity.

The Ceremony which is the sixth of it’s kind was graced by families and friends of the celebrants.
