Ahead of the 2023 General elections, Nigerians have been admonished to set aside their differences and embrace norms that will continue to guarantee peaceful coexistence in the country. Spokesperson of the MA Abubakar Network, Comrade Nuhu Mohammed made the call at a news conference in Abuja. The social rights activists advocated need for citizens to embrace collective action and support the efforts of the armed forces to surmount the menace of insecurity and other related challenges which if not addressed could inflame crisis in the nation way before the general elections. The Network further advanced reasons for National interest to override all forms of agitations which it believes will guarantee Nigeria’s progressive existence as a nation.
