The Federal government and other relevant stakeholders have been tasked on implementing policies that will unleash the potentials of Youths in the country.
Mandate Secretary, FCT Youth Secretariat, Ango Abdullahi Suleiman made the call while delivering the keynote address at the 4th Aluta News anniversary and award ceremony held in Abuja.
Speaking on the theme “Unleashing The Potential Of Nigerian Youth”, Suleiman said Nigeria with a youth population of over 65 percent requires initiatives that will drive their aspirations.
Highlighting the crucial role Young people play in shaping the future, Sulaimon advocated for a conducive environment that recognises their rights.
Earlier in his remarks, the Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer of Aluta Media Limited, Gambo Haruna Jagindi said the focus on the youth in the 4th edition of the Group anniversary underscore the role they play in national building and economic development.
Highpoint of the event was the presentation of awards to persons and organizations that distinguished themselves in supporting youth related initiatives.
