The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs has awarded about 110 of it’s retired officers from 2019 – 2022 at a valedictory ceremony in honour of their services.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyema who presented the Awards to the retirees commended them for their selfless service to the Federal Government and the ministry.
He further urged the retirees to be hopeful and ready to serve in any given opportunity.
Responding on behalf of the retirees, Amb. Faruk Yahaya thanked the Federal Government for giving them the opportunity to serve.
