The ministry of Education is partnering with a private developer, Maslaha Homes and Development to construct 13 critical Infrastructure projects for the Kano Centre of the National Mass Literacy Centre.
The agreement is expected to enhance the Commission’s capacity to deliver quality educational services.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nasir Sani-Gwarzo, Permanent Secretary,Federal Ministry of Education, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, saying it will play a crucial role in providing literacy Education in Adults across the Country.
Dr Gwarzo further commended Maslaha Homes for its professionalism and dedication in completing the necessary documentation to seal the deal.
It is expected that the projects would significantly enhance NMEC’s capacity to provide educational services in the country inline with the ministry’s commitment to improve mass literacy and non-formal education across Nigeria.
