The Northern Christian Women Coalition (NCWC) Support Group has declared that they will work hard to ensure that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar wins the 2023 election.
The over 400 women from the 19 Northern States and FCT who gathered at the Women Development Centre in Abuja, said they are moving into the villages to ensure that all the Northern Christians vote for Atiku.
The National President NCWC Leah Solomon, who described Atiku as a de-tribalised Nigerian, said everyone in the country will be safe with the PDP government.
A former first lady of Adamawa State, Zainab Boni Haruna, said they are supporting Atiku because everyone including the Church will be happy having him as the President.
The Women however noted that their target is the unity of the Country, and Atiku/ Okowa is best candidate for the job.
