The Economic Community of West African States, ECOWAS has called for restraint as Nigeria head to the polls few hour from now. The Head of the ECOWAS Observation Team to Nigeria, Ellen Salif Johnson made the call at a news conference in Abuja, the nation’s capital. The former Liberian President said for rescheduling the election by one week the electoral umpire will have no excuses but to get process right.
