The elections are here again, over 72 million Nigerians are expected to discharge their civic responsibility of electing leaders of the choice. The political actors irrespective of the divide have perfected strategies to win votes on their side. The electoral umpire on its part, is not leaving any stone unturn to regain the confidence of Nigerians in its ability to conduct a credible and transparent election, considering the circumstances that led to the initial postponement of the poll. For the Centre for Transparency and Advocacy,a coalition of civil Society groups, the ball is now in the court of Nigerians to come out enmass and participate in the process .
