Ahead of the November 6 Anambra state Governorship election,the All Progressives Congress (APC) has restated it’s commitment to take over the reins of power in the south east state. This as the ruling party inaugurated it’s national campaign committee chaired by Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state. Inaugurating the Committee at the APC National Secretariat,Abuja, the National Chairman of the Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, (CECPC) and Governor of Yobe State, Mai-Mala Buni charged them to carry everyone along in efforts to deliver the state to the party. Issues related to resolving grievances resulting from the party’s primaries and the need for a hitch Free campaign was further stressed by Governor Buni. Responding on behalf of the Campaign Council, Governor Uzodinma assured of their efforts to ensure the ruling party emerge victorious at the polls. Other members of the campaign council includes Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi state who is also the Deputy chairman, Governor Babajide Sanwolu, Governor Abubakar Badaru, Governor Yahaya Bello,Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege among others.
