End SARS Protest: Fuel Scarcity Hits Abuja, Environs.

Long queues have returned to filing stations across various locations in the federal capital Territory. While majority of the petrol stations are not selling premium motor spirit, a few others dispensing are besieged by motorists, a development affecting the free flow of traffic in the affected area. However, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has cautioned motorists against panic buying of fuel. Indications from the corporation reveals that the long queues currently being experienced were due to the curfew imposed in some states over the End SARS protest. While noting that the curfew affected the free movement of vehicles for the supply of products, the Corporation assured of normalcy in a couple of days.
