In a bid to improve work efficiency, productivity and overall output of Nigerian civil servants and the Civil service, Head of Civil Service of the Federation Winifred Oyo-Ita has launched the Culture Change Diagnostic Report. Speaking at the launch of the report in Abuja, the Head of Service added that the survey came at a crucial time when the Civil Service needs to create a new perception as well as imbibe the culture of change.
