The Department of State Services DSS has commenced full investigation into the circumstances that led to alleged attack on its staff during the supplementary Governorship election in Adamawa state.
The service in a signed statement by it’s spokesman, Dr Peter Afunanya said it’s attention has been drawn to a trending video on the social media in which someone suspected to be its staff was allegedly manhandled by some political miscreants in Adamawa State.
According to the DSS, investigation into the circumstances that led to the incident has commenced.
The Service however called for calm while urging concerned parties in Adamawa state to remain peace loving and shun violence.
