Non Career Ambassadors of Nigeria, including former Chief of Army Staff, General Tukur Buratai has donated an 18 seater Innoson bus to the All Progressive Congress.
Presenting the Bus to the APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the Ambassadors,led by the Nigerian High Commissioner to Zambia, Nwanebike Oghi said the gesture is part of their social responsibility to the ruling party.
The APC Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu in his remarks commended the envoys for taking the initiative which he noted will add value to internal administration of the party.
Also at the APC Secretariat, some members of it’s state chapter in Akwa Ibom protested against the alleged imposition of Akanimo Udofia as the party’s Governorship candidate.
Led by their spokesman,Obong Victor, the aggrieved members linked the aspirant to Governor Udom Emmanuel.
The ruling party’s national secretariat has continued to attract various activities especially in connection to the revised timetable for the 2023 primary Elections set to be implemented from Thursday 26th may 2022.
