Rehabilitation and Reintegration, Key To Counter Violent Extremism: Group Says

Nigeria is no stranger to the cause and effect of insecurity, owing to its current fight against the Boko Haram sect and other vices spanning across the country. While the status of the nation’s security has long become stale, the issues of Rehabilitation and Reintegration, of victims and perpetrators of Violent extremism is one area Nigeria is yet to exploit. Speaking at a one day workshop organized by the West African Network for Peacebuilding, WANEP, Researcher, Isioma Kemakolam, shared some of the findings by WANEP on Rehabilitation and Reintegration of victims and perpetrators, in a bid to Counter Violent Extremism (CVE) in Nigeria
