The Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Bayelsa State Command, CIS Sunday James embarked on an official tour of the state.
A signed statement by the Command Public Relations Officer indicates that the State Comptroller was welcomed and received by the Airport PRO, Ikputu Kenny who took him on a familiarization tour around the Airport.
CIS James also graced the first Ibom Air inaugural flight at the Bayelsa State International Airport which coincided with his official tour.
The passages on board includes Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Grace Ekiotenne, the Commissioner of Transport, Dambo Biriyai SAN, the Attorney General of Bayelsa State & Commissioner of Justice, Hon Wisdom Fafi, the Member representing Kolokuma/Opokuma Constituency II amongst other.
The event was witnessed by the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, King Alfred Diette Spiff, Hon. Fred Agbedi, the Member representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency, Hon. Fred Obua, the Member representing Ogbia Federal Constituency, Heads of Service, Local Government Chairmen.
The Comptroller also visited the CERPAC Office at Opolo, the Bayelsa State old command at Yenezue-gene, the passport office and the Yenagoa Local Government Council Office at Ovom.
