Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) has warned President Bola Tinubu, to take proactive measures to address the economic doldrums and current harsh economic realities confronting Nigerians, noting that revolution looms in Nigeria.
National Coordinator of CNG, Comrade Jamilu Charanchi issued the warning at a media briefing in Abuja.
He lamented the economic hardship, massive hunger and rampant poverty in the country and it’s consequences if the needful is not done.
The group also reacted to the alarming rise of inflation and the purchasing power of ordinary Nigerians.
CNG further urged the president and his economic team to initiate and implement laudable policies that would change the present economic narrative in Nigeria.
