As the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration prepares to commemorate its first anniversary in office on May 29, an All Progressives Congress’ support group has scored the president and his cabinet high in its reforms. The Coordinator, National Progressive Hub, Bukie Okangbe said this at an interactive session with the APC Press Corps at the party’s headquarters in Abuja.
She said that, despite inherited challenges, President Tinubu has successfully repositioned the economy on a positive trajectory.
While calling on Nigerians to be patient with the administration, the leader of the support group said the president is aware of the hardship and hunger in the land, but moves are being made to address them permanently.
Some executives of the support group also allay the fears of Nigerians by reassuring them of a drastic approach to getting things done soon.
The support group, however, noted that President Bola Tinubu’s recent engagements have attracted more foreign direct investment into the country in the areas of agriculture, security, telecommunication, power, and infrastructural development, as well as oil and gas.
