The Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, has warned criminal elements to desist from their acts as the Army will stop at nothing to eliminate them.
Gen. Lagbaja gave the warning at the closing ceremony of the Chief of Army Staff first quarter conference in Abuja.
The COAS noted that the NA will continue to work with other security agencies to rid the Country of bad elements.
The Army chief who also reacted to the successes recorded in various military onslaughts against criminals, warned troops not to be carried away by the feat as it was not yet time to celebrate.
The COAS assured Nigerians that the Army boats of competent and committed personnel to win the fight against criminalities in the country.
Meanwhile, the high point of the conference was the presentation of appreciation and recognition plaques to 7 senior level Commanders, that were posted out of Command between August 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
