The need for Humans, Animals and plants to breath in clean and fresh air cannot be overemphasized, but overtime, these air have been polluted by activities like Bush burning, Open defecation and urination, tyre burning, indiscriminate dumping of refuge, tree falling,smoky vehicles amongst so many others. In a bid to tackle the menace of air pollution, The Chairman, Abuja Environmental Protection Board, Bawuro Yahaya, during their 2019 Celebration of world environment day in Abuja stated that 2 waste transfer stations will soon be active to complement ongoing efforts to improve waste collection in the capital Territory.
