The Military says 105 terrorists have been neutralized with 140 others arrested by it’s troops in various operations across the Country.
Major General Edward Buba, Director, Defence Media Operations revealed this at the biweekly media interaction at the Defence headquarters in Abuja.
He said 86 kidnapped victims were also rescued with about 208 assorted weapons including ammunition recovered. General Buba also highlighted troops onslaught in the fight against oil thieves and their collaborators in the Niger Delta region.
The Military solicited the support of Nigerians in the fight against terrorists and other criminal elements. General Buba restated the commitment of the military to deal with the challenges and restore peace in all parts of the country.
