The President of the Nigeria Labour Congress Comrade Ayuba Wabba has taken electricity distribution companies in the country to the cleaners over what he termed an exploitative policy that has made estimated billing thrive. The occasion was the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission public consultation held at the Merit house, Abuja. Wabba lamented that estimated billing was further impoverishing an already dejected working populace that has been made to Bear the brunt in a worsened economic atmosphere.
