The federal government will continue to welcome investments aimed at addressing the challenge of access in the nations tertiary institutions. Minister of education, Mallam Adamu Adamu said this while presenting provisional licenses to 4 newly approved private universities in Abuja. Represented by the Registrar, Joint Admissions and Matriculation board (JAMB) Prof.Ishaq Oloyede,the minister said the present 164 universities in Nigeria can not service a population of almost 200 million people.
