The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has debunked a post currently being circulated on the social media about another website for INEC voter registration.
A signed statement by Festus Okoye,National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee stated the address of the fake website as https://register.inec-pvc.online/ with shortened URL as https://bit.ly/INEC-PvcReg2021.
The commission however disassociated itself from the website and any activity carried out on it.
Okoye further denied that INEC has not accredited any agency or organization to capture details of intending voters on its behalf.
He once again notify the public that the ongoing INEC Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) online portal remains https://cvr.inecnigeria.org.
