Nigerian Pilgrims to Jordan have been urged to demonstrate the virtues of Jesus Christ while in the holy land.
Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Rev Yakubu Pam stated this while addressing the first batch of Pilgrims who arrived the Kingdom of Jordan to begin their Pilgrimage exercise on Sunday, 25th July, 2021.
He further urged the Pilgrims to shun any act that would embarrass the host country.
The NCPC boss commended the Jordanian government for the Presidential reception accorded the Nigerian delegation on arrival at the Queen Alia International Airport, Amman, Jordan.
Rev Pam noted that the recently introduced Pilgrimage to Jordan would help to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
When enjoining the Pilgrims to see their Pilgrimage to Jordan as a revival that would turn their spiritual life around, Rev Pam also admonished them to use the platform provided by the Pilgrimage to pray fervently.
He urged them to cooperate with the Pilgrimage Leaders to ensure a hitch free Pilgrimage exercise.
