A federal high court in Abuja has denied the request by the senator representing kogi west in the National Assembly, Senator Dino Melaye for the police to vacate his residence and resists from further attempt to arrest him. The embattled senator also prayed the court to enforce his fundamental rights after 7 days of police siege at his Abuja residence.
