The Parliamentary Staff Association Of Nigeria PASAN has again issued a 14 day Ultimatum to the federal government to fully implement the financial Autonomy law for all state houses of assembly across the country. Speaking with Newsmen at the sideline of an NLC function in Abuja, President of the Association Comrade Mohammed Usman said the latest Ultimatum is being issued after the expiration of the initial 21 day deadline for implementation of the policy. He expressed sadness that relevant authorities were yet to act on their demand even when it is within the confines of the law.
