Nigerians in Diaspora Commission NiDCOM has expressed shock over the demise of late Dr Ben Okigbo a medical doctor in Houston USA and his wife, Theresa who was a nurse.
In a signed statement by the head of Media and Public Relations Unit Abdur-Rahman Balogun made available toChannelNetworkAfrique,
(NIDCOM) condoles with the family,
particularly the children, who are now orphans, as well as members of the Nigerian diaspora community in the US.
Dr. Ben Okigbo and his wife, Theresa, were found dead in their Sugar Land, Texas home on Friday morning, according to police.
NIDCOM commiserates with the Okigbo family and pray unto God to give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
The commission further stated that it would continue to monitor police investigations into the
unfortunate incident.
