More revelations have continued to emerge to reasons why 58 Nigerian medical doctors were denied departure to the United Kingdom from the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos by the Nigerian Immigration Service. The doctors were allegedly travelling to the UK for a training programme organised by the NES healthcare. According to the NIS comptroller General, Mohammad Babandede, the affected persons were leaving the country at a time the nation’s borders are shut without visas.
