Insecurity: Avoid Provocative Sermons, Buratai Counsel Religious Leaders

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai has admonished Religious Leaders to serve as advocates and mediators for peace in Nigeria. Buratai who was represented by Chief of Policy and Plans, Lt.Gen Lamidi Adeosun stated this while recieving a delegation from the National Interfaith and religious organization for Peace at the Army headquarters in Abuja. He said the gesture will enhance peaceful coexistence in the country as well address challenges of insecurity.
