It was a gathering of State Governors in the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Headquarters in the nation’s Capital City, Abuja to brainstorm on how to make the state economy viable instead of depending on monthly Allocations from the Federation Account. The CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele set the stage for discussion by highlighting the apex bank’s initiatives on boosting the economy especially the agricultural sector with a view to making the nation self reliance through enhance investment by the private sector.
