All is now set for the confirmation of Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed as the substantive Chief Justice of Nigeria. According to a letter sent to the President of the Nigerian Senate Ahmed Lawan, by President Muhammadu Buhari, the decision to confirm Mohammed was based on the recommendation of the National Judicial Council.
