As president Bola Tinubu clocks one year in office, some Nigerians have expressed disappointment over the administration’s unmet expectations and unfulfilled promises expressing their views in a chat with Channel Network Afrique on the president’s scorecard, they raised concerns over the country’s sluggish economic growth, noting that the cost of living had continued to rise, with many citizens struggling to make ends meet.
They also faulted the administration in the area of insecurity especially in the federal capital territory, urging the security agencies to do the needful.
For some others, all hope is not lost as there is still time for the government to make necessary adjustments through implementation of people-oriented policies.
President Tinubu was sworn in as the 5th civilian President of Nigeria in the present democratic dispensation on May 29th, 2023.
