First Lady Aisha Buhari has called for a review of the nation’s electoral act to give more opportunity for women to participate in governance. Mrs Buhari gave the indication at a one day national conference on women political participation in Nigeria, post 2019 elections held in Abuja. Represented by former Deputy Governor of Plateau state, Mrs Pauline Tallen , the first lady further charged the women to rise to the occasion and actualize their political destiny. She said present reality especially in the more developed economic of the world have proven what the women folks can do if given the opportunity to serve.
