SCAM Uncovered: How 19 Year Old Candidate Dubiously Upgraded UTME Result Scores To 290.

Nineteen year old Adah Eche was among the 1.8 million candidates that sat for the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination in Nigeria. Findings from the Joint Admission and Matriculation Examination Board indicates that the candidate scored 153 points in the UTM Examination. Not satisfied with the score, Eche allegedly engaged the services of some fraudsters through Facebook and WhatsApp platform who promised to help upgrade his scores to 290. After the dastardly act was perpetrated, he contacted authorities of the examination body on the ground that there was a mistake with the score earlier awarded him. This development led to his invitation to the JAMB headquarters in Bwari a satellite town in Abuja Nigeria’s Capital City.
