Tinubu Faithful Group Honours Sports Minister, Pledge To Support In Nation Building – Hon. Orelaja

A frontline support group,Tinubu Faithful Group (TFG) has expressed its readiness to support the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration to achieve its Renewed Hope Mandate in the area of nation building.

The National Coordination , Honourable, Olusola Orelaja made this known when he led the Cross Rivers State delegation of TFG accompanied by the FCT Coordinator, Frederick IDEHAI and the Cross River State Coordinator Kenneth Etta Obi to paid a congratulatory visit to the Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh in his office in Abuja.

He said TFG with its structure across the country is always ready to support the government in whatever capacity to succeed.

“As Support group, we really worked for the actualisation of the President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renew Hope mandate. What makes TFG unique is its inclusiveness by encouraging the physically challenged, Women and Youths in the political process.

“TFG has its structure in 28 states of the country but 22 states are very active before and during the election,” he said.

Honourable Orelaja who is a season sports administrator and a licensed FIFA agent also urged the Minister to partner with TFG in order to fulfil his commitment, passion and vision in transforming the landscape of the nation’s sports sector.

“In the area of sport, I the National Coordinator of TFG is a sport administrator with over two decades (20 years) of experience . I am a former professional footballer, a coach, FIFA licensed agent and has worked with four Premier League Clubs in UK which include: Tottenham FC, Fulham FC, Charlton Athletics and Portsmouth Football club. Also, a former Ogun State Special Adviser on Sports to the Commissioner of Sports and Youths Development. I am currently the Foreign sole representative of Massaxlokk football club Malta.

“I am a well known name in the sports circle. I strongly believe that this partnership will bring added value to your administration,” he added.

On his part, the Minister of Sports Development, Senator, John Owan Enoh while congratulating President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his victory at the Supreme Court said his major target is to make sports the major contributor of Nigeria’s Gross Domestic Product, (GDP).

He said the partnership proposal by TFG is apt as the nation is in desperate need of quality ideas to move from where it is to where it ought to be.

The Sports Minister however, promised to do his best for for the overall development of the country.

High point of the visit was the presentation of TFG performance-based Award to the Minister of Sports Development, Senator, John Owan Enoh for his excellent performance since assumption to office.
