In Spite of paucity of fund due to the prevailing economic situation bedeviling the country, the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission says the annual religious rituals would be embark upon.
The Executive Secretary, Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, Rev Yakubu Pam disclosed this in Abuja when a delegation from College of Mary Immaculate, Zawan Old Students Association (ZOSA) paid him a visit.
He said religious exercise to the holy land has not be suspended as the commission completes preparations to embark on the fourth pilgrimage to the kingdom of Jordan.
The NCPC boss who noted that the commission will always remain accountable to the people, reeled out some achievements and interventions of the commission since his assumption to office in 2020.
Earlier, the leader of the delegation and president, ZOSA, Danlami Awaje while commending NCPC for its Zero tolerance for abscoundment during pilgrimage, solicited support for the school in diverse areas.
The delegation however, advised the NCPC boss not to relent on the good work he is doing.
