The National universities commission (NUC), has approved the take-of of Imo state university of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, the second fully owned state university
The approval was granted by the NUC Executive Secretary Professor Abubakar Rasheed in Abuja.
He said the establishment of the new university had increased the number of Nigeria Universities from 170 to 171.
