Just In: Nigeria University Education,More Private universities On The Way

With a total of 79 private universities in Nigeria, plans are ongoing to register 303 others. This was revealed by the Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission,Prof Abubakar Rasheed at a National summit of Private universities hosted by the Commission in Abuja. The NUC scribe who frowned at the inability of the private universities to utilise their admission quota, said the situation will not deter the efforts of government to meet the high demand of university education.
