The National Working Committee of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party PDP has strategized measures to effectively communicate the party’s manifestos and plans to Nigerians ahead of the 2023 general elections.
PDP National Chairman and the leader of NWC, Iyorchia Ayu disclosed this at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja during an interactive meeting with former PDP National, State and Zonal Publicity Secretaries and other stakeholders.
Ayu noted that part of the communication strategies is to convey to Nigerians the failure of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC and to equally inform them what PDP will do for them if voted into power in 2023.
In a remark, PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba further disclosed that the party is set to expose the lies APC allegedly used in hoodwinking Nigerians in 2014.
Officials of the party are of the view that the recent victory record by PDP in the Osun State Governorship election is a pointer that the main opposition party is ready to dethrone the ruling APC.
