The Presidential election tribunal has granted leave to the Peoples Democratic Party and it’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to serve President Muhammadu Buhari and the APC a petition by substituted service. Counsel to the PDP, Chris Uche while moving the experte motion asked the appellate court to grant the request on the ground that it has become practically impossible to reach the president for personal service. In his ruling, the three man panel of the tribunal led by justice Abdul Aboki granted the application based on the interest of justice.
