The National Working Committee (NWC) of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), under the leadership of the party’s National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, has scheduled June 29 for the inauguration of a 128-member national campaign council for the Osun State governorship election slated to hold on Saturday July 16, 2022.
This is made known in a press statement signed and made available to media by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Umar Bature.
The campaign council which is chaired by the Bayelsa State governor, Duoye Diri has all the governors elected under the platform of PDP as members except the Delta State governor Ifeanyi Okowa who has been made a running mate to the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.ReplyForward
