Some concerned All Progressive Congress, APC youths representing North central have expressed their grievances in the decision by 11 northern governors that the party’s presidential ticket should be zoned to the Southern region of Nigeria.
Expressing their disappointments at a protest around the APC National Secretariat in Abuja, the group alleged that the Governor’s arrived at the decision out of a selfish interest.
They however called on the leadership of the ruling All progressives congress and respective delegates to jettison the idea and vote for aspirants with proven integrity to address issues of concerns in the country.
The group further indicate plans to mobilise the youth population and ensure they participate effectively in determining who leads Nigeria in 2023.
