The launch event, held in Abuja, was graced by the Honourable Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, CFA, the Director-General of the National Pension Commission (PenCom), Ms. Omolola Oloworaran, and other key stakeholders in the pension sector.

This was disclosed in a statement by Olugbenga Ajayi, Head of PTAD’s Corporate Communications Unit.

Additional goodwill messages were delivered by representatives of SERVICOM, the Public Complaints Commission (PCC), and pension union leaders, all of whom commended PTAD’s proactive reforms and urged the agency to remain steadfast in upholding its obligations to pensioners.

The revised Service Charter offers stakeholders a clearer understanding of PTAD’s evolving service delivery benchmarks and the innovative strategies being implemented to enhance the DBS pensioner experience.
