The Nigeria Pilgrim Christian Commission, NCPC in partnership with Air peace airline have concluded arrangement to launch the first direct flight from Nigeria to the holy land of Israel and Jordan.
The Executive Secretary, NCPC, Rev. Yakubu Pam disclosed this at a media briefing to give an update on the successful conclusion of the 2022 main pilgrimage Exercise which commenced on December 16th 2022 to 9th April 2023.
Rev. Pam stated that the inaugural flight which will be launched on Thursday 20th April, 2023 will be the first of it’s kind since the inception of the commission.
The NCPC boss further used the occasion to indicate the commission’s zero tolerance for issues related to abscondment .
A total of 4,000 pilgrims participated in the 2022 main Pilgrimage Exercise to the Holy land.
