Okorocha Declares For Presidency,Promises Free Education.

Former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha, has officially declared his intention to run for the presidency in 2023. The lawmaker gave the indication at the International Conference Centre Abuja.

He unveiled his vision of a new Nigeria that will create an enabling economy, where productive activities and job creation would be the order of the day.

The lawmaker, who represents Imo West Senatorial District in the National Assembly added that his leadership will give youths opportunity to develop their skills and contribute to the development of the country. He further unfolded his plan to make education free for all Nigerian children.

Okorocha also described himself as the best man for the presidential job having stamped his signature in every part of the country through his investments and foundation.

The former Governor however joins Ebonyi State governor, Dave Umahi, former Senate President and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim, former Governor of Abia state, Orji Uzor Kalu, and business man, Sam Ohuabunwa as leaders from the South East gunning for the presidency in 2023.
