The Nigerian Union of Journalists, Federal Capital Territory Council has enhanced the capacity of seventy one journalists on the use of artificial intelligence.
Speaking at the one day Chevron sponsored training, with the theme “Harnessing Artificial Intelligence in Journalism,” Chairman, NUJ-FCT Council, Comrade, Grace Ike said journalists must leverage AI not just to remain relevant in the revolving global trend.
Communication Manager, Chevron Nigeria limited, Victor Anyaegbudike, spoke on the significance of the training in reshaping the landscape of journalism in the country.
Some resource persons at the one-day training are Deputy Director at the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development, Busola Ajibola, Dr. Simon Musa Reef and Dr. Lemmy Ughegbe.
