Nigeria Youths Empowerment Initiative, FCT Minister Calls For Progress Monitoring
About 600 persons have benefited from the second phase of the United Nations Education, Scientific and cultural Organization – Federal Capital Territory Administration Youth Mobile Empowerment Project. The project, which kicked off in early 2017 commenced with the registration and training of about 400 candidates in both computer software and hardware engineering in its first phase. Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the newest beneficiaries of the project in Abuja, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammed Bello, after congratulating them, called on UNESCO to initiate a third phase of the project so as to monitor and evaluate the scheme.
