Followingwing its acquisition of the Full Business Case Compliance Certificate, the Nigerian government is set to establish the first ever Military and Paramilitary Clothing and Accessories Factory in the country. The factory which will sited in Kaduna state is expected to ease the stress associated with importing military clothing and accessories. The certificate was presented to the Minister of Defence, Mansur Dan-Ali by the Management of Infrastructures Concession Regulatory Commission ICRC at the ship house in Abuja. For government, the move is a significant achievement as military hard ware, ammunitions and clothing among others have always been imported inspite of the existence of the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON).
