NAICOM Seeks Police Support To Enforce Compulsory Insurances

The National Insurance Commission, NAICOM has sought the support of the Nigerian Police in the enforcement of Compulsory Insurances.

This was contained in a NAICOM’s statement made available to Channel Network Afrique, CNA.

According to the statement, the Commissioner for Insurance and Chief Executive Officer of NAICOM Mr. Olorundare Sunday disclosed this when he led his management team on a courtesy visit to the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.

According to the statement, the NAICOM boss called for more robust ways of strengthening the collaboration in the areas of enforcement of compulsory insurances.

Responding to NAICOM’s management team, the IGP, Mr. Kayode Egbetokun promised to work closely with the Commission to achieve its mandates.

He however, appreciated NAICOM for its support especially in the insurances of the Nigerian Police Force.
