“Land grabbing is a serious threat to the real estate sector and to national security. It discourages investment and leaves many citizens defrauded. We will continue to work closely with the media and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability,” CP Ajao stated.

On his part, Matthew Ibadin, Publisher and Executive Chairman of Property Brokers Magazine, emphasized the need for sustained collaboration between media professionals, law enforcement, and key stakeholders in the real estate industry to tackle systemic issues.
